Facts
Please observe our cancellation policy:
| Up to 4 weeks prior to the event | Free of charge |
| Cancellation 27-14 days prior to the event | 50 % of the room rental fee |
| Cancellation 13-07 days prior to the event | 70% of the room rental fee |
| Cancellation 06-03 days prior to the event | 100% oof the room rental fee |
| Cancellation within 2 days prior to the event | 100 % of the room rental fee + 50 % of the ordered food and beverage volume of sales |
Guarantee & Billing:
A guaranteed attendance must be provided at least 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event.
We will charge according to actual attendance (when greater than the guaranteed count), or for the guaranteed attendance (in the case of less attendees than guaranteed).
For conferences continuing over several days will be bill for the actual attendance as of the second day.
